The sets of CAF Cards, Road Cards and new Early Years CAF Cards (EYcaf), have been developed with young people and children. They allow the exploration of imagery to plan brighter futures and identify how to support and resource the change process.

The cards are underpinned by Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) principles. They create an environment that encourages meaning making, empowering practitioners to look at the lives of children and young people differently, exploring in partnerhip what the real needs are, whilst building a desire to change and set new goals.

They can help to lift the barriers. The child or young person becoming the owner of the keys for change.
